Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceuticals and natural health products (NHPs)? Do you have an eye for detail and a strong understanding of Health Canada regulations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive coordinator with experience in warehousing, inventory management, and sales or marketing in the pharmaceutical and natural health product industries. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting sales efforts by coordinating with clients and suppliers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warehousing & Inventory Coordination:
  o Assist in the storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical and natural health products.
  o Support compliance with Health Canada GMP and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) regulations.
  o Help maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular audits, and optimize stock levels.
  o Coordinate shipments, returns, and product recalls when necessary.
• Sales/Marketing & Business Support:
  o Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers.
  o Identify sales opportunities and support the expansion of the customer base for pharma and NHP products.
  o Provide regulatory-compliant product recommendations to clients under guidance.
  o Work with marketing and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with compliance standards
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
  o Ensure all warehousing and distribution activities adhere to Health Canada and industry regulations.
  o Maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, and quality assurance.
  o Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and filings.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, and sales support within the pharma or natural health product sector.
• Knowledge of Health Canada regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Familiarity with inventory management software and sales coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
