Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceuticals and natural health products (NHPs)? Do you have an eye for detail and a strong understanding of Health Canada regulations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory applications (NHP Licensing, Drug Establishment Licenses, DIN applications, etc.)
•  Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations for pharmaceuticals, NHPs, and medical devices
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation, SOPs, and quality management systems (QMS)
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance at all stages of product development
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to ensure company compliance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Health Canada, FDA, and international regulatory requirements
• Experience with Natural Health Product Regulations (NHPR), Food and Drugs Act, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with regulatory submissions, compliance, or quality assurance in pharma/NHP industry is a plus!
• Good Computer skills
