With over 20 years of leadership in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, Amanda Wright is a seasoned executive recognized for driving organizational growth and collaboration across the industry. With an extensive background in Microbiology and a career specializing in quality systems, regulatory compliance as a former Head of Microbiology of a large drug testing facility in Toronto, she has led technical teams of all sizes to achieve operational goals compliant with regulatory guidelines. Passionate about education and innovation, Amanda has been involved in several associations and academic Advisory Committees including Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) Allied Health Table during the Covid-19 pandemic, Healthcare Businesswoman Association, and Toronto Metropolitan (TMU) Life Science Talent Accelerator Program. She continues to champion knowledge-sharing and leadership as a respected voice within Canada’s life sciences community.

Laura Bradshaw is a results-driven Marketing & Programs Specialist with over a decade of experience in project management, marketing strategy, and event coordination across corporate and technical environments. She brings a unique combination of technical and creative expertise, having spent more than 10 years supporting validation consulting projects and marketing initiatives for clients in the life sciences and technology sectors. Laura is recognized for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver engaging marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility and client relationships. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology in Applied Biotechnology from York University and is passionate about delivering meaningful, well-executed programs that reflect organizational excellence.
