What once worked in pharmaceutical hiring and operations has evolved into a rapidly changing digital landscape, leaving many newcomers, students, and recent graduates wondering where they fit.

Last fall, the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) unveiled its state-of-the-art science building, one of North America’s most energy-efficient lab facilities. A key initiative within it, SpinUp, supports early-stage health and life sciences startups.
